Situation Analysis is a one-time digital report priced at US$7.99 per report, including tax. After payment is confirmed, a report in the language of your reading (Chinese, Japanese or English) is usually sent within a few minutes to the email address provided at checkout.

When to request a refund

Please contact support within 7 days of payment if you were charged twice, paid but did not receive your report, a system error prevented report generation, or the amount charged differs from the price shown at checkout. We will check the Stripe payment record, our order records, and report generation logs, then arrange a refund or send the report once the issue is confirmed.

When refunds are generally not available

Once a digital report has been generated and delivered, we generally do not offer refunds because the content does not meet personal expectations, the question submitted was incomplete, you changed your mind, the report was misunderstood, or it did not meet expectations for use in professional decision-making.

What is the difference? Self-Exploration offers a free classical and contextual reading. Situation Review offers an optional paid Situation Analysis report.

How is it delivered? Reports usually arrive by email within a few minutes after payment confirmation. Check spam, then contact support with your order ID if needed. Please do not pay again.

How are readings created? The system first performs calculations using defined rules from the traditional method. AI then interprets the results to support self-exploration and help you make sense of your situation. This is not a human consultation or a substitute for professional mental health, medical, legal or financial services.

Are results guaranteed? No. Hexagrams offer a perspective; real decisions require real-world evidence. Paid reports follow the language of your reading: Chinese, Japanese or English.

What is Prism? Prism at myprism.cc is an online tool for personal reflection, distinct from image creation software and behavioural assessments with the same name.

Can I subscribe? Personal, Learner and Business plans are not yet available. You can currently buy a one-time Situation Analysis report.
